All products available in our shop are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a link to download your files.

Usage Rights

All digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or use these designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 45 Degrees Studio. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in accordance with these terms.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and files remain the intellectual property of 45 Degrees Studio. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. If you experience issues with your file (e.g. corruption, incorrect format), please contact us at hello@45degrees.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.

Payment

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider PayPal.

File Access

You are responsible for downloading and storing your digital files once the purchase is complete. We recommend backing up your files, as download links may expire or be removed from the site at a future date.

PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through our shop is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

Support

We offer basic support for file-related issues. Support does not include customisation of files or design changes unless previously agreed upon.
